Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Serpsoup. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• If you are new to a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
• Renewal payments are not normally refunded, but contact us if you forgot to cancel and have not used the plan since it renewed.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partly used packs are not refundable.

Service problems

Lookups that fail or return no results are not charged against your allowance. If an outage on our side stops you using the service, contact us and we will put it right.

How to request a refund

Use our contact form with the email on your account. Refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days of approval.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
