By using Serpsoup (serpsoup.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Serpsoup provides People Also Ask lookups, trend tracking, entity research, schema tools and research briefs. Results come from third-party data sources and may be incomplete, delayed or change without notice. We do not guarantee any ranking or traffic outcome.

Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including access you grant to connected tools such as Claude.

Plans, credits and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
• Daily allowances reset each day and do not roll over. Top-up credit packs do not expire while your account is open.
• Failed lookups that return no results do not use an allowance.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, resell or automate access to the service beyond the provided integrations, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with security, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Your content

You own the briefs and research you create. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. AI-generated output can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can cancel or delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
